i recommend using vector layers for line art nd shadow guidelines, use raster for color only, trust me it makes a difference

Did you hear about autoactions that removes missing pixels while using painting bucket? For red green and blue pixels

Personally I use Retas for this. It's slightly faster. Especially for coloring since it will auto color the color lines (you can see this in the violet evergarden clip).
