This is a collection of B-roll clips shot at the Cavern on August 22, 1962 (the same day they shot Some Other Guy). This is not complete, as I have chosen to only upload/compile all the clips where I could figure out the song and add audio somewhat accurately. Enjoy!

This is great footage. August 22 is my birthday and 3 years from this show, I saw the boys, live, on August 22 in Portland OR. I turned 9 that day. They played for 37 minutes, but it seemed longer. It was the height of Beatlemania and the girls were screaming and crying at the same time. 'Help' was just released and I clearly remember them playing 'Help' and 'A Hard Days Night'. Everybody stood the whole time. I remember saying to myself, 'That is really them' and 'This is the best place to be, in the world'. For kids, back then, The Beatles dominated our lives. They were so good, they had to be from another planet. ?

First visit to Liverpool was on 9-9-80 and stood on that hallowed ground where the original Cavern stood. Had been turned into a graveled car park (parking lot to us Yanks).
