A Lyric Prelude - Herbert Colvin

Herbert Colvin, 1924 - 2011, was Professor of Music Theory and Chair of the Theory Department at Baylor University. His compositions include both organ and choral literature. He was organist at Seventh and James Baptist Church in Waco, Texas.

When Baylor University acquired a carillon, Dr. Colvin became the University Carillonneur until he retired from that position in 2006.
