Interesting, the stock market is currently experiencing a decline while bond yields are on the rise. However, there seems to be skepticism amongst investors regarding the Federal Reserve's plan to continue increasing interest rates until inflation is stabilized. As for myself, I find myself at a crossroads, uncertain whether to liquidate my $250, 000 stock portfolio. I'm seeking advice on the best strategy to capitalize on this current bear market.

Madam, EIR means Establishment Inspection Report and it is provided by USFDA on successful inspection.
If USFDA found any observations or issues with company they provide USFDA form 483 and up on failure to fulfillment of observations cited in form 483, USFDA provides Warning letter, once company receives the Warning letter new products approvals was keep on hold by USFDA and followed by Import alert.
My point is if any Pharma company receives the EIR means its good sign not a bad sign so that share price goes down.

If we buy at current mkt. price (CMP) our earning yield will be 3% for Dr.Reddy and 3.9% for Alkem also, PE ratio are high for both co's. As we all know the "Price" but not the "Value". What is the real value of these co's ?
