Not me, man. I hate these new homes that are built with spit and chopsticks. I hate the treeless streets, the gray plastic floors, being able to pass a loaf of bread through my window to my neighbor’s. Hate it. Give me those 1970s brick homes with original floors and spiderwebs in the basement. All day. Every day.

Good info! I also think it’s crucial for people to understand THEIR market. Supply and demand isn’t equal in all parts of the country. Here in Arizona everything is still selling like hot cakes. Big tech companies are coming to the valley with big wages and people have no problem affording $500k+ homes.
