Adding a study to your simulation is necessary in order to solve your problem. In the COMSOL Multiphysics® software, this step of the modeling workflow is made efficient by using the available predefined study types. In this video, you will learn how to choose, add, and run a study for a model.

We cover how to select a study, the different ways you can add a study, adjusting the settings of a study to fit the scope of your problem, running a study, and how to view a solver sequence.

comsol is cool but the resources are scarce, tutorials like this should be made more frequently

Hello
I'm struggling trying to compute the particle tracing when the particles are submitted by a drag force and magnetophoretic force. I triede to do something like "red blood cell separation", but it didn't work.
On the first study, it was performed 2 steps: the first one for a stationary laminar flow and the second one for a stationary magnetic field produced by a circular coil. This study worked.
On the second study, it was carried out a time dependent step disregarding the magnetophoresi. In this study I solved for Particle tracing and took the "values of variables not solved for" from study 1. This study worked.
The third study remains on solving the three physics sets.
However, when I plot the magnetophoresis force, there is nothing.

Please, can you help me to solve a problem with my
simulation by COMSOL program? when i do comput it takes so much time and
finally appears this message. The following feature has encountered a problem:

- Feature: Time -Dependent Solver1 (Sol1/t1)

Nonlinear Solver did not converge.

Maximum number of segregated iterations reached.

Time:0

Last time step is not converged

, please help me
