This video introduces the idea of transfer learning. Transfer learning is modifying an existing deep network architecture and then retraining it to accomplish your task rather than the task it was original trained for. In this video, we walk through how transfer learning was used to develop a network that could recognize high five motions in acceleration data.

Hi, I have a question, why don't you use the raw data from the accelerometer (consisting of 3 time-domain signals) as the input for the architecture? Thank you

Hi @brain, it's me again. I am wondering why you need to transfer the raw plot(the 3 colours strings) to the scalogram? You did mention about what the scalogram is good about, but what's the necessity for not using the raw plot images???

i have a probleme in my MATLAB, the stateflow block doesn't work and i recieve this massage :
" The current directory 'c:\program files\matlab\r2013a\bin' is reserved for MATLAB files.

Please change your current directory to a writeable directory outside of the MATLAB installation area. "
