Thank you and happy week, the point is that in the restaurant market in Colombia there are a variety of salaries in my case it is a high-end restaurant with a staff of 30 employees divided between the 2 restaurants is Indian food. and this manager must manage both restaurants and all their resources. I used to do that function before but I am the owner. If you were in my case, what would your salary aspiration be taking into account that a manager in Colombia can charge $ 750 to $ 800 per month with working hours longer than 12 hours, I am a foreigner in this country but I want to be fair without affecting my business either because I'm just getting started A thousand blessings for the guidance friend.
