does the drag and drop of elements from the toolbox works with xaml page?

Okay, All those jokers in Xamarin MS. need to get their heads out of their asses and start fixing xamarin framework. Navigation is bad and implementation keep changing. I can describe a few. Nothing standard and its complicated.
