She needs to get specific. What recommendations for America does she have in order to compete with this fascist country? Should schools limit the # of mainlanders they take? How should the fbi monitor Chinese intelligence officers stationed in the US? Catchy title but too bad there ain’t much here...

Return the primary focus of the American education system, from high school up through College back to the math, sciences, technology, and vocationals. Everything else should be secondary.
