I do the exact same exercises for my soulders, even without seeing this video before, I do recommend this a lot.

I'd say to focus more on the side delts, because the front delts probably are already overdevelopped anyway, and no one cares about the rear delts anyway, (unless you're a competitive bodybuilder but let's be honest, you're not). The side delt is one of the muscles that give you the wide look, and overall very important to "look like you lift"

I remember you posting a video about lateral raises a while back, and how your "horrendous form" actually helped you build your rear delts.

I have also had greater success with heavy weight in the 8-12 rep range, with a slight forward angle. I do them seated, but my form isn't perfect. I think it's actually better this way. Maximizing effort in the stretched portion of the motion is more important and "broken form" let's you do that by tightening your traps (which instantly stretches your side delts while your arms are by your side) and keeping your range of motion restricted to the stretched half.

I've had much better gains doing this with the 50lb dumbbells than I ever did with "perfect" form using lighter weight for more reps. And yeah, it helps bring rear delts into it as well, which isn't a full substitute for rear delt isolation but it can help add volume.

You could also do pull ups for the rear delts, I just obsessed with bodyweight fitness
