For all the diseases, do we need to memorize the names of the vaccine (BCG, Mosquirix) and name of the drugs for treatment? And do we need to know the mechanism of each drug like in the textbook its given that penicillin is a cell wall synthesis

Hi! I wanted to ask, what would happen if antibiotics were taken when they aren’t needed? I.e when there isss no infection.

Would the bacteria that may be present in the body already build up resistance to the antibiotics due to selection pressure and then pass on this gene through plasmid transfer to the pathogen when antibiotic is actually needed?

I have a question irrelevant to the syllabus, how does panadol work so effectively even when we keep taking it? we just randomly take it and we feel better instantly, so why cant bacteria develop resistance against it?
