How to tie a Reef Knot

Most superior video I've seen on tying the knot and why it is superior in hold to a granny. I'm also glad you showed how to capsize it.

You know how to tie it and how it is easy to spill into a larks head, but you use two different bits of cord as one can see they are of different colour which is unsafe to use as a bend

This is not how to tie a reef knot you should only tie it in both ends of the same piece of rope, it should not be used as a bend to tie 2 bits of rope together as it is not safe to do so
