Looking back after playing Batdr you kinda realize this actually makes sense as to why Sammy has come back numerous times after death. We’re told in the second game that if you die you can come back as anything, a searcher, Piper, or even what you were before.

Now the main question i have is, does this work on console versions? Cause i did NUMEROUS streams of me attempting to get the trapdoor, but it always failed bc of either the giant searcher in ch 3 not giving me the vision after death, or the scythe not appearing in ch 5
