Moreover, my busy daily research finding allow me to showcase examples of these failures of this autocratic system (wherein power is consolidated by one person at the top[Putin]).

Thereby, creating a system where people within that system are afraid to speak truth to power - an inability for Russian Henchmen/Oligarchs to communicate to the Person at the top - openly, about the critical (pernicious) issues facing their country economically, militarily and technologically.

ie. An increasingly isolated and unaware Vladimir 'Presitator' Putin.

Strange, how russians seem to have wholeheartedly accepted the concept of the separation of Absolute Power, from Absolute Responsibility. They expect help from the very man who caused the problem.

Aircraft mechanic here: The worn tyres are typically Soviet / Russian. In the West we change the wheels much earlier, especially in commercial aviation, because ttyres with a certain amount of "flesh" can be rethreated several times and used again (especially if you think that e.g. a Boeing 737 or Airbus A320 tyre costs about € 5000). The tyres have two indicator layers of fabric right under the threads. When they are visible, it is time to replace the tyre and send it for rethreading. Then there comes a thick lyer of rubber and then the real carcass layers, which hold the tyre together. Once they have been reached, they tyre is scrap and cannot be reused. But you can still fly with the indicator lyers visible or even worn through, but then you cannot overhaul the tyre anymore
Apparently in the Soviet Union (and now Russia) tyres were cheap, or they could not overhaul them, so they tend to use them up to the scrap limits and then throw them away.

The Ukrainians haven't included self inflicted Russian losses in their loss analysis. Neither can it include aircraft or helicopters that have simply become worn out and used for spare parts .

Hi J: Although the daily numbers are reported and updated every day, I haven’t seen your percentages of destroyed Russian equipment change much (any?). Are theses up to date? Seems with all the equipment destroyed lately we should have seen some of those percentages jump over 70%
