The thing with Laufey is that there is no mediocre version of her songs. There is always something different and draws you into the song like it's the first time you're listening to it every time she performs. We fear that they will be disappointed when they get the know the real us. That feeling must be compounded many times for someone like Laufey. Thank you for sharing these raw feelings, and reminding us that we're all human.

One of the reasons I enjoy Laufey's music so much is that it's pleasant to listen to. So much music now is abrasive with its sound. I listen to the radio and I feel drained by the end. So many artists just talk about money and gratuitous hedonism like drug abuse. I don't understand why people don't listen to more music like this.
