i was a junior coach for my gym and i used to coach a team this age and people don’t realize how hard it is to teach them that omg 😂

I coach tinies, minis and youth athletes both elite and novice/prep, whilst I love what I do and my athletes are really good kids they work so hard and I am very proud of them sometimes they push me over the edge because theyre being silly or just blantly not co operating with me because they've had enough and they're tired. Coaches that I know and work with that coach older teams (eg juniors, seniors and opens) see a hot mess and constantly ask me how i deal with it, I don't see a hot mess I see a cohesive team with lots of potential because they are all learning from eachother. The time and patience that this routine would have taken, will shape these kids for the rest of their cheer careers and that is why I have so much respect for coaches that coach younger teams, they give younger athletes a foundation, basic cheer knowledge and confidence. Well done Cheersport theyre absolutely adorable!

Oh my GOD they are too CA-YOOT! They will grow up and be amazing cheerleaders! If you know ANYTHING about cheering at that age, you will agree that they did a fantastic job!!! Cuteness overload!!!🥰🥰🥰
