I would like to hear your opinion on JSX ( As I see that you like using React and even JSX ). I have the feeling that with JSX we are going backward as the web community tried so hard to separate HTML and JavaScript.

I understand this, but aren't most jobs first viewed by HR or outsourced recruiters? They only look for words on your resume, and not the actual content.

So how do you go about making a resume for both the hiring manager and the HR/recruiter? Cause I'm pretty sure HR/recruiters don't give a damn about code links.
