Yes it does!!! You never gain weight where you had liposuction, so this results in weird bumps and bulges. Depending on the type of skin you have (thick, thin, elasticity, or not), ages differently. The area's I had fat removed now look like I lost dramatic amounts of weight. Like a deflated balloon! I have never been more than 30 lbs over weight. My thighs look like Biggest Looser legs, 15 year's post OP!! My skin never tightened. My body is deformed and it's self inflicted!! Every body Is different, but you don't know till it's too late. I would never do it again!!!

Lipo can ruin your body. if fat is taken away from a certain part like your inner thighs and not your stomach, then you’ll gain weight in other areas. It’s very important to discuss this with your doctor.

Yes it does.
Especially when you gain some weight back, it distributes unevenly.
Experience: working in entertainment for over 10 yrs. (I never got lipo but many girls did. Many botched, pretty much never good results. You can always tell.)
