It's an honor to be able to make this music video, especially with the ultra-low budget I had. Most of the actors were my friends, coworkers, or friends of friends who aren't professional actors. I was initially really worried I wouldn't be able to find people who were willing to be a part of this or only find people who just wanted to act in something and not care about the song's message. But I was wrong! Everyone who participated deeply understood the meaning of the song and did an amazing job.

And it's amazing to be able to film with my 95 year old grandpa (who's still alive!) and my dad, who are the two people I hugged at 3:14

So, I hope, as the director and editor, the meaning came through—how amazing we are as humans as creatures in this universe, and in the face of traversity, how much empathy we're capable of having for others.
