I paid for mine in September 2019 and never got delivered. Planet just tried to deliver any keyboard layout they had instead of the paid keyboard as I complained for never being delivered and claimed to be refunded. 750 USD stolen. Really great company and support.

i think that may low the performance 10 % or i setup a full win10 when you turn this laptop on it will run in win10 like any regular
