When the "dog" reappeared out of the fence didn't move at all, it was just a pic of the dog.The creator deleted the dog from inside and just put a picture of it outside.😅

This is a frame glitch. Happens to my ring camera when it goes over the motion recording limit. UPS driver is in frame then a second later he’s gone etc.

Notice at the beginning he's moving, then disappears one frame to the next. The footage is cut here. Then he fades in on the other side and doesn't move. That's an added element. I'm a believer in odd occurrences, but this is someone editing with a phone app.
