Headstart: Quirino Governor Dakila Cua, a regional officer of the ruling party PDP-Laban, believes the in-fighting within the party should be resolved internally. He worries that expulsions will only further deepen factions within the party. Cua supports the party's push for President Duterte's vice presidential run in 2022, saying it will help reduce uncertainty during this pandemic.
