Yeah the prince's parents were jerks. But belle's mom was flawed too. I liked how the bookseller was actually connected to belle's family better. In the fact that Gaston was actually just a pawn in a bigger plot. Have you beauty and the beast lost in a book? Or of beauty and beast? Their amazing stories too. One more thing, the phrase magic comes back on it's self is similar to ouat magic always comes with a price.
