As a landlord, I expect that after a tenant moves out, I need to hire a cleaning service to deep clean the house before it is even shown to prospective tenants. That is a cost of doing business and not the tenant's responsibility.

I hate when men like ole boy think that they cannot clean (or know how)…or that is “woman’s work.” I can tell he was probably slovenly and most people who keep up on their cleaning daily/weekly would not take a work week to clean a bloody trailer park home. Plus, I have met quite a few women who were horrific cleaners and had nasty houses and whatever; I mean, duh. Lastly, Curt was done with the plaintiff AND the defendant at the end 😂

Some landlords really don't understand that there will always be some work to do in between tenants. The tenant definitely shouldn't damage the place. But it's not their responsibility to make sure every appliance looks brand new when they leave.

I love JM but I promise if the defendant was of a different ethnicity (even with her being Spanish herself) those sassy and low key at times disrespectful comments she made to the judge wouldn't have gone over so well... And I'm super picky but this lady is ridiculous... The end.
