Routine maintenance is important for farm equipment. Spring times means lots of equipment to prep and prepare for spring tillage and planting.

Enjoy watching me do a little work on the Krause finisher.

Texas bound with family in small town in Kansas I’m down here doing what you do and roping when I’m not welding just wanted to say your a hardworking woman! I kno your old man is happy as heck he has you ! Any man will be blessed to have you ! Very rare you find women like you! This comment stems from a 30yr old single dude with a 12year old daughter up in Kansas with my mom helping her teacher with her cows and farm ! Glad she takes after me love of outside and love for animals! Thanks for your part in keeping America fed ! You are a rare breed!

Don’t listen to everyone who keeps on asking, “Why don’t you show your face??”
I rather enjoy the mystery. Also, you are living proof that farmers’ daughters are not just a pretty face. Farmers’ daughters actually know stuff, and can do stuff. You are really an impressive young lady, in so many ways. 👏👏

Good girl 😍 I suggest lubeing the lug bolts for the wheel with a good cleen oil, that will allow you to get them titer, if you put them on dry they may back off and ruen bolts and rim, they will never back off if you oil them, ,both the bolt and the hole, put down a mat so if you drop a bolt it don't land in dirt .

Emma's passion for not sparing her body is so great to see. Here in Korea, we almost always wear gloves when doing maintenance, but doing it with bare hands seems dangerous. Always be careful^^

Didn't even see the missed bracket. Lol you should hold the first nut with wrench then tighten 2nd nut that will lock the 2 nuts together. Good job

Good to see you gettin it done out there. One thing that will help a lot on that tire change is get a real long bolt that will screw in the lug stud hole, set your tire up there and screw the bolt in to line everything up. Then when you get the lug studs all on pull it out and put in the last stud.

Ok hon so I’m getting a chuckle about you using a claw hammer ( carpenter tool ) while trying to knock the link loose on the drag section… but hey sometimes it’s more about what’s handy, I like a 3 lb. hammer for mechanical work, it saves swings… and yes I’m lazy in my age. Love your posts… I’m more of an old farm boy than a ranch hand… but my daughters live here so I live here and work the ranches ( mechanic/heavy equipment operator/truck driver/ cattle care/ painting holding pens/ etc. never a dull day in my life.
