The problem was the Spiral Cable Clock Spring.
The cost was 350€ from TOYOTA.
I bought it for 8€ from AliExpress. My part nymber was 84306-0D070.

Who would have thought it? After 2 years of my horn working when it felt like it and not wanting to dismantle it because of the air bag, I tried this. It really did fix it. I can't see the logic here but the result is fantastic. Thanks for the easy tip!

Fixed mine by shaking the horn button vertically with out turning the wheel. Problems comes back in a few weeks. Suspect the contacts inside get dirty and fast

Other buttons were working or no? Have the same issue with the horn on my Toyota yaris and I don't know what is the problem.
