Key Form Cues:
•Emphasis in this particular version is on LATERAL power, so we are not trying to get a lot of height. More applicable to an on-court scenario, as in basketball, where you need to quickly move laterally, and maintain balance so you can change direction if needed.
•Keep in athletic stance throughout, not straightening up tall, weight should be balanced. Too much toes and a push will tip you forward, too much heels and you'll be easy to knock backward.
•Landings should be quiet and absorb force, not stiff and loud.
