Just built the kit. It came with the wrong propshaft for the outputs on the motor and gearbox. Luckily I had the spares I needed to correct. Mine now has a 370 with 2 speed and carry a 4500mah battery in the box in the back. It's goes well.

What battery do you recommend for this model that can fit under the hood? I have seen some videos that the URGENEX 7.4V 1600mAh Li-Po with SM 2P plug was the best….

The kit set is way cooler than the RTR coz i love building... and i can't wait to put some rusting and mud on mine... but... does the kit set come with the transmitter/controller?
