Sir ask ko lng po. Sa Maternity notification po kc walang nag rereflect sa account ko if na submit ba ni employer ung notification kay sss. Pano po kayo un machecheck?

Hello po sir, tanong lang po ako, nanganak po ako last nov15, 2021 tapos naka pah submit po ako kay employeer ng mat1 and mat2, tapos po last feb. 11 sabi ni employeer na e open ko daw ang sss online ko kasi may e certify po daw ako kasi natapos na raw sila nag certify, open ko po yong sss account ko pero hindi ko po alam saan ako mag certify at wala din akong natanggap na email galing sss, wala ring advance payment si employeer sa akin po sana masagot nyo po bakit ganun nalilito ako saan ako mag cecertify, thank you po sa pagsagot

Hello! Thank you for the helpful video. Submitted ko na mat notification ni employee (DOB March 2022) via the employer portal. Need pa ba i submit ang actual papers sa SSS mismo? Kasi as far as I know ang mat 2 need ng mat 1 na stamped with received by SSS for disbursement. thank you!

Sir, good day po! ask ko lang po sana if after po mag notify ni sss sa email ko na "you have succesfully submitted your sss maternity notification" ano na po sunod nyan? ako po ba ang mag aaply ng mat2/reimbursment or si employer/hr ko po?

Hello Sir. I am a Company representative. May we have more information on the below matters, please.

1. We have already submitted the maternity notification online and we received an email confirmation from SSS that it was successful. Can we then process the advance payment to the EE after this step? OR Is there anything else that the EE/ER must submit or do before the advance benefit amount can be provided to the EE?

2. Does EE have anything to do/submit to SSS after the notification?

3. Does ER have anything to do/submit to SSS after the maternity notification so we they can proceed with a successful reimbursement application?

4. How many days usually does it take for SSS to reimburse the ER after the EE certified the receipt of advance maternity benefit from ER?

5. When will disapproval notices be received? Can we still make an appeal for this?

Help sir. Tanong ko lang po may employee kami nanganak this February 2022..ngmaternity leave na sya last August 2021..no work no pay po kami.. Paano po iprocess ang mat2 niya? May matatang gap po ba sya?

Hello po. Last year na stop po ang operation ng employer ko. But this Jan2021 lang naresume ang work namin. Pregnant po ako at EDD ko is Dec2021. Ang SEMESTER OF CONTINGENCY ko is from Jul2021-Dec2021 tama po? And from July2020-Jun2021, dapat meron at least 3 contributions para maqualify sa maternity benefit. Since last year wala kaming operation, Jan2021-Jun2021 dapat my at least 3month contribution to qualify. Pero paano po kung late po ang pagremit ng employer ko sa contribution? Jan2021-Mar2021 ay nabayadan noong Aug2021, at Apr2021-Jun2021 nabayadan this Nov2021 lang. Hindi na po ba ako maqualify for maternity benefit? Sana po mapansin niyo po ang tanong ko. Salamat

Hello po, ask ko lang po kung magkano ang maximum maternity benefit na pwedeng mareceived? Ang expected delivery po kasi is November 2021 then ang MSC nya is 25, 000 this year 2021. Thank You.

Sir ask ko lang po kasi hindi naman inadvance ng employer ko ung mat ben ko.


Then nagpasa sila pinagcertify lang nila ako na may narecieve akong advance sa kanila.

Then ang sabi ng employer ko iba daw computation ng employer kay sss.

So ang nacompute ng employer ko is 23k plus

Then nagapprove si sss and ang computation ni sss is 29k plus.

Sa email na narecieve ko kay sss 23k lang talaga ang inapprove nila.

Eh parang nagimbento lang naman employer ko
