Its been a while, I have been watching your videos and I found you a thorough gentleman.
My question is bit irrelevent, I mustered my motivation and started preparation based upon your advice but someone told me that govt is planning to reform css such as screening test and restrictions for engineering and doctors. I am myself an engineer and now in conundrum about the apprehsion of reforms. Could you please elaborate the expected reforms.
