Fun Fact: When Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!! first came out for the NES, Mike Tyson was asked if he was able to beat himself in the game. He responded that he couldn't even get past Glass Joe. So remember, whenever you laugh at Joe's 1-99 record, the one person Glass Joe beat was Mike Fucking Tyson

The key to beating Tyson in the game is surviving the first 90 seconds of the fight. Every uppercut that he throws in that time frame will be an immediate knockdown. Afterwards, his punches will still hurt but they won't instantly knock you down. He will wink before he punches.
