This guy really is the best. He took his time to go into discord with me and tell me my individual mistakes while watching me screenshare. After that we played a couple of unranked games together. I managed to hit the speedflip in musty's training pack once before talking to Tipp. Just 30 minutes after talking to him I already hit it another 4 times and feel way more comfortable with it.

I'm late as hell but I never thought that speed flips were this easy to learn because all the other tutorials made them sound extremely complicated. This one on the other hand got straight to the point, explained everything clearly, showed multiple ways of doing it, and now I'm speed flipping pretty consistently after like 5 minutes of playing around with it in free play.
