I love the varieties of landscaping.
I used to do landscaping, and it is still a hobby to observe it.
I would dream of how I would landscape my house if I had one.
I also sort of wanted to build my own house, but I only did carpentry and roofing and stuff on other people's houses.
I wanted to make what my uncle called a carpenter's house, and I thought was a sort of Victorian castle of a house.
I didn't think the desires were trivial.
God wishes us to enjoy the fruits of our own labor, which to me would be like building your own house and landscaping it the way you want.
It seems like you have to be impossibly rich to do that. But I did enough work on other people's houses to build an excessively large estate, and landscape a thousand acres.
The system is set up so others enjoy the fruits of your labor.
But I didn't bitch much about it, at least not for myself.
I mean, politically or socially, you have to advocate the same for all others that you advocate for yourself.
You don't make special complaints for yourself or demand for yourself what you won't allow others, or complain about your special problems.
Billions of people don't own their own land, can't build their own houses, and enjoy the security of their own homes, in the secure ownership of their own land. Billions of people labor all their lives so that others can enjoy the fruits of their labor, and they enjoy little or none.
I can't think of any reason why I am so special that I shouldn't suffer from the same problems as them.
I wouldn't feel secure in my home, knowing that more than nine tenths of my neighbors are homeless or on the verge of it.
So, instead of bitching about what I want, I bitch about what all men need and how things have to change.
I voted on the same principle. What was good and right for the country and everybody in it, and around it, was the basis of voting, not what I wanted personally. I thought it was foolish to wait for the government to do something for you if you wanted something. You go after your own desires and don't wait for the government to catch up.
Those are no leaders.

I've been typing instead of listening.
My thoughts go toward stories rather than abstractions.
We bring our stories to the raw material of the creation.
Stories run up against other stories with spiritual crashes.
We walk on the water of stories.

I'm 57 and have been a electronic engineer all of my life 🧬
All of the components you mention as in anodes/cathodes aka diodes and dielectric components are ALL on circuit boards that make up our TV, s and computers etc etc
Which are nothing more or new than reflections of the universe/realm of which we all reside in

This realm of which we ALL coexist in is just a fractile of an infinite number of other realms

However this current realm is a extremely limited one or limited by our senses or so to say

I believe Jesus and other seeers were here to tell everyone there is so much more than what we have been programmed to believe and he and others and YOU were teaching the best way to maneuver through this current realm

The Alpha and Omega exist only in this current realm which is controlled by time and there is other realms where there is no time and is where we all came from
We have ALWAYS existed yet come from nothing

I found this interesting and thought provoking - I couldn't help but think of the concepts of symmetry and balance. Some forces like the electric negative are hot and chaos producing like the centrifugal force - it moves away from the center and in some ways is unpredictable (similar to irrational numbers). Where as it seems other things converge towards a certainty. It seems that that chaos producing forces are where the power to do work is at and we want to return to balance (similar to a circuit, fridge transfers heat). I've noticed when you build something, there are only so many options where you can not break everything and still accomplish the goal, so in a way the thing actually tells you how you need to build it.
