A recent story of a female patient who's grandfather passed away without having any health issues. Since then she is in fear of death that she could die any time. I have discussed on this topic a lot of times but this video is on this purpose specially. No one can die before his time. Have belief in Allah & know that one day we have to go. I have been suffering from anxiety from past 5years. I have fear of dates.I always think that I am gonna die on this day and keep worrying.i keep remembering thing that had happened in past. I keep remembering peoples deaths. how they died and what people said about them after they died. I always feel like I am gonna die and people will say same things. I just can't get this death thought out of my head. I am so stressed. sometimes if someone is talking to me I could not listen to them cause deep down in my head I am having these thoughts.It all started when my nana Abu died suddenly. It got worse when my father died. 😭

I am patient of anxiety since 2001, ye khatam to nhi hwi but use of medicine se control me ha, sometime it triggers, like death of my mother in 2019, then sudden death of my young brother in law in accident last year, i went in deep anxiety n depression. But this time bcs of you doc waseem, i watch your video on anxiety, mje anxiety se nikalne me aasani hwi, aap ka kaha gaya aik aik lafz mere dil me utra, ar me ne us video ko baar baar dekha, hr baar wo video mere liye anti depression pill sabit hwi, mje deep anxiety k phase se nikala aap ne, Jazak Allah waseem bhai.
