The two were those who joined yesterday, and raise concern on even juridiction.. the five who injected and led the case rule in favor of markins and the majority group. NPP is 137 and not majority. Plis the independent make them a group. The speaker should treat them as such.

It is clear those 4 people filed their nominations for future parliament. I have a question for those who think they should lose their seat by virtue of they filing their nomination;
When should they have filed their nomination? Should they have waited till this parliament is dissolved? If they had waited for this parliament to be dissolved, would they have still had the opportunity to file their nomination according to the ECs timetable? THE LAW IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR COMMON SENSE. I REST MY CASE
