-Really good players playing at clubs below their level: Toney, Bissouma, Tarkowski, DCL, Raphinha, Dennis, Livramento, Mitchell, Aarons
-Should move because they really should be winning something: Tielemans, Kane, Rice
-Are just not playing: Bailey, Origi, Pepe, Silva
-Are not good enough or doing enough for their teams now: Werner, Ake, Jesus, Longstaff,
-Expensive and overrated: Pogba

For Liverpool, Origi is leaving regardless. Ox is the number 1 on my list of players who will need to leave.

Kinda surprised they chose Pogba for United. He's out of contract, of course he's going to go, so why not pick someone else? Lingard was a good choice, but would have appreciated a conversation around Maguire who's not out of contract and entirely out of favor with the fans, yet still gets game time regardless of his performances.

Ruben Neves needs to leave imo. I think he should have left a year or two ago tbh, but he's still only 25 so it's it's still a very good time to leave. He's really underrated and is one of the best Deep Lying Playmakers in world football imo, I feel that he's probably even better than Jorginho.
