The lady boss comes from a family of lor mee masters—her mother runs the original stall in Tiong Bahru (but retired liao), and her late uncle was behind Bukit Purmei Lor Mee. The gravy is thick, rich, and well-balanced, coating the noodles beautifully. Loved the fish nuggets, crispy yet tender inside, and the you tiao that soaked up the sauce perfectly.
