I have a question. Do u need to shampoo your lengths? Normally i just shampoo my scalp and wash it down my lengths

Yes, it's very much possible to get your hair back as strong as they use to be before. But, you have to strictly follow some rules.
Rule #1 - Upon waking up early in the morning, have at least 1 glass of warm water.
Rule #2 - You should rub your nails, known as balayam.
Rule #3 - Apply reactivate serum by liitllextra daily.
Rule #4 - Every weekend, get curd from the market and mix half a lemon in it, keep it overnight. Use this on your scalp the following morning
Rule #5 - Don't apply oil to your hairs in daytime, as there is so much pollution and dust outside. The application of oil can lead to dust remaining on your hair for a prolonged duration
Adopting these 5 rules as habits can promote hair growth and enhance the strength and thickness of your hair.

I want to do the same cause I have dandruff. But I have a doubt which shampoo to use first dandruff shampoo first or non medicated shampoo. Coz I feel if I clean with non medicated shampoo first it becomes easier for medicated shampoo to act on scalp without dirt and grease. Inversely medicated makes hair frizzy following which we can use hydrating shampoo. So I am confused what to do
