If you can tell a reveal is coming, it's not good. If you think about the most iconic reveals- Roxxxy Andrews' wig, Sasha's rose petals, Peppermint and Trinity, Yvie's second face- they worked because we didn't know they were going to happen. But when you walk onto the stage to do a sexy song dressed as a Walmart cushion, we know that you're going to do 15 reveals that go from "okay" to "I wish I WASN'T wearing my good glasses" in decending order.

Peppermint and Sasha's reveals will always be the best because 1. you didn't smell them coming from a mile away and 2. they actually timed them well with the song and it really added to their performances.

It is really sad that Jaida's final reveal (the one where she pulls up the skirt, and it becomes a lizard frill with the crown above her head) is SO SLEPT ON by everyone. I mean, if it was in a real stage, she would've overshadowed the other girls for real, and I think it's a good reveal because you did not expect that.

Sahsa’s reveal was incredible, literally groundbreaking, Aquaria’s reveal for Bang Bang made sense bc the song title, Yvie’s second head was incredible, especially when she was turning a round and you saw glimpses of it but wasn’t sure but the season 13 finale whew that was all over done. you don’t need to wear 5 layers of outfits to win the crown

To me a reveal has to have a purpose, it just gets boring if you’re doing a reveal for the sake of having one. I love when they are able to express there emotion through it, like Sasha with her rose.
