We have submitted PR docs and got AOR. My Work Permits and OHIP card’s going expire February 26, 2025. But mid march my wife have new baby delivery date. Current BOWP processing time is 3-4 months, so can ai visit border and take BOWP before expires?

If I leave Canada and goes back to India. Will my file be on hold till the time I come back to Canada.

Hello, We got the Skilled PNP and its mentioned it is employer restricted. Upon checking ircc website it’s saying skilled PNP are not eligible for bridge open work permit. We submitted the application to federal on 3 months ago and no updates yet. What are our options to extend the work permit. We only got 3 more months left in the work permit.

If I apply for Express entry PR application from India and after receiving AOR, I travel to canada on my Valid PGWP that is set to expire in 2025, and applies BOWP. Is it allowed.
