I've been using Davinci Resolve for about a year now and i love it! The main problem I've come across is that its best if you're already an editor with clients. Otherwise NOBODY is interested. If you're looking for a job as an editor (like me) EVERYBODY wants you to know Adobe Premiere and After Effects or forget it.

Which has a complete package? Adobe can edit and organize clips plus extra but to add effects you would need after effects. So that’s two separate software and it’s subscription. I’m looking to own one software.

I always try to use professional editing and color correction in my YouTube videos, but it takes so much time (8 hours per 153 scenes on average). Any tips on how I can speed up this process?🙃

Not a lot of backward forward compatibility in Power Director 365. Spend weeks on a project and suddenly have to update the subscription and then not be able to really work on that project.... sure I did, after hours of figuring out how to merge the old project with a new project ... but it was not really my project it was like a rendering of my project. I am not sure if I lost video quality or not, how the 365 subscription gets into top 2 I am not sure but I do like powerdirector but I may veer away from subscriptions in the future. I have a brand new computer in front of me without any video software and my recent power Director 365 experience has me waiting on a project and looking at other options for video software. I guess I can look at Adobe Premiere again that is what I used in college 20 years ago LOL

why can't they just offer one time payments. I just wanna edit videos for fun and i'm just starting out and i'm not getting swayed by any of the choices.
