100% honesty, if some guy drunkenly talked and yelled at me that I was “a pissy little bitch” while grabbing his crotch in front of room full of people, then I’d probably never forgive or talk to him again. Andy managed to not only apologize with words and action but made this woman fall in love, marry and have his baby. He has the most game of any character in television history.

Just to think Sharon Lawrence was only supposed to be in the pilot episode. And that when she hit it off with Dennis Franz at the craft table in between scenes they brought her back and the rest is history.

I love this scene because they're both in the right (Andy was 100% telling the truth and genuinely sorry about his disgusting behavior in the pilot, Sylvia is 100% justified in being skeptical of both counts) and also because you can see that after Andy tells Frankie to shut up, Sylvia moves from thinking Andy's a lying scumbag to thinking she'll keep an open mind about Monique. Great start to a classic romance.
