As House begins to diagnose and treat them, the team notices a distinct change in his attitude toward his patients.

House was a very athletic individual before his leg was busted. The loss of being able to exercise and engage in outdoor activities he liked is what contributed to him being increasingly bitter. Of course when he regained good use of his leg he would take full advantage of returned mobility. It's all the more tragic that he loses it again later.

I loved when house bounced the ball off chases head and he didn't even mind, and then house tossed it to him and he caught it. That little moment shows how close house and chase were imo.

That scene in the clip where House slides in and goes "what happened?" is actually the very end of my favorite segment of the entire series. It's where House and Cameron are having a disagreement and House says "you've forgotten about one thing, I can do this now!" and comically runs away trying to beat her to the patients room. I've never laughed with a warmer heart
