Joy Behar opposes the Democrats labelling Donald Trump and JD Vance ‘weird’

The View co-host Joy Behar has openly disagreed with the Democrats labelling Donald Trump and JD Vance as “weird”.

The 81-year-old advised the Democratic Party to avoid “name calling” the Republican candidates.

"I don't agree with that, I don't think we should use the word weird. Call him what he is, a convicted felon. It opens the door for the other side to say, ‘Well you think we’re weird, look at you',” she said.

Lately, Democrats such as Vice President Kamala Harris, JB Pritzker and Pete Buttigieg have described Trump and Vance as “weird”.

Behar doubled down on her comments, asserting the Democrats should “take the high road”.

"It's too much weird, and name-calling, take the high road, get off the weird thing, just call him what he is," she said.
