I own this on PC and PS3 (yes I still have and play my PS3) there is no screen tearing in game, the game runs at 30fps though and yes of course PC will always be more capable than console.

idk why ppl hated on the DI series I fucking loved them, I had over 500 Hours as Sam B lmao. DI Riptide was a little bit of a let down in terms of map design but still fun, DI 1 was so original for me, actually the first real zombie game I kept playing over a few weeks ( Thus why I have 500+ hours as sam B ) Dead Island 3 however is being kept in the damn dark and I personally think it looks just.. TOO SILLY... and if what I heard is true, Dead Island doesn't have A CAMPAIGN... Which is a total let down for me, If a game has no Campaign, that bitch better have TONS of content or be put on sale for $44.99 Who knows though? Since the previous developers ran like bitches on the game I'm sure the new one's redesigned some things and might include a campaign.

Both consoles can upscale to 1080p and those should be shown alongside native rendered 1080p PC footage. That would be a more relevant and obvious comparison IMO. I can't imagine too many serious PC gamers play their games at 720p.

the biggest thing in see now since moving to pc from ps3 and 360 is the jaggies or rather the lack there of. it's so hard to play a good looking game on ps3 or 360 now 'cus i know that right beside it i have a pc that can wipe the floor with them visually. and i'm not limited to 720p either.

Shadows are noticeably better on PC. There also seems to be a lot of screen tearing in the Ps3 version.

It's bad enough that YT compresses the shit out of their videos, but you take that one step further by rendering the original file in 720p.

Look almost same. Respect to console that live to long can suport all new games without upgraded. Pc hmm. I buy the most expensive graphic card on 2009. But on 2012 u need to upgraded if want play high setting. So shame. Ram and also many pc with high price

idk why but my PC version is stuttering and lagging, it has better hardware than PS3 though, but idk why PS3 is more playable

The point is crysis 3 the most demanding game plays better than this game.20-28 fps.and this game 10-18 fps Developers were high on drugs while developing this game

Game has no built in AA, and on top of that it gets broken when you use Vsync, Thing is a POS fuck of a port. Pisses me off, I really enjoyed the first one on my PS3... On the PC it's totally fucked Shovelware. Since Vsync just destroys the fps, you're forced to run at stupid fps most of the time, way past a 60hz refresh rate. But, since this game jumps around from like 130 - 180 fps or some shit, it feels like a fucking ride on a crappy roller coaster. I'm personally done with this dev fuck'em.
