Thanks to the comments here I'll stay away from vevor for two reasons: seems like there are no instructions for use or assembling and also when those who have bought this machine have questions, the company representative answers with 'get in touch somewhere else and we might solve your question'.

I purchased this exact model from you guys and the temp never goes below 205. It states it can go 0 to 400 degrees but it never goes below 205.

I bought this in December got sick and couldn't use it for a month, now i am feeling better the temp part won't go over 210, If I want to sublimate it has to go much higher it won't move at all i did the mode and set up then the Plus for higher temp nothing. Please help or I am returning this
