Great video, bro! Quick question for you—I'm also in the real estate niche and was wondering about your take on video ads vs. picture ads on Facebook.

In your experience, which works better for realtors? I’ve been running video ads and noticed a strange pattern: I might start with a $30 CPL, but after about 10 days and $300 in ad spend, I sometimes end up with no leads. Do you think this is due to ad frequency, or is Facebook optimizing video ads differently than image ads? I find video ads tough to manage in general
