Thanks, Jason. Lots of info in this segment. My heart really goes out to all of the hurricane victims. I'm praying this isn't some kind of "new normal." 😥

Always great industry updates. Helene and now Milton are going to change our winter RV plans.

So glad we got to visit Asheville, Blue Ridge Parkway and Smoky Mtns National Park this past summer.
While in Asheville it rained hard for about an hour and some of the streets flooded, I can’t imagine how bad this storm was

Boy what a bad time for Blue Ridge to be shut off. Best time of year. Been there dozens of times motorcycling and camping in October. Its a absolutely stunning place especially if you can day dream back to the Revolutionary magical. Hope it opens for people to enjoy!

As a millennial I do my absolute best to find places with no signal and no amenities. Those places are the best, but I do admit they are becoming harder to find.

It is so sad about the Blue Ridge Pkwy. and all the devastation! The Forest River trailer is cool! The info about the things younger people are looking for in a camping experience was interesting. - Michelle

Great! National Weather Service just made things more complicated with the removal of Wind Chill. I have also noticed they don't use Heat Index anymore.

The tires on the OVE look skimpy...like toy tires that will fly off the trailer at highway speeds. It needs beefy larger tires and a suspension upgrade. Great episode as usual.. lots of content. Thank you!

Thank you Jason for telling of the Escapees selling their campgrounds, and the weather warning system. That was pretty cool seeing that new trailer that sleeps 4 from Forest River. 2025 Remote Vans look cool. Thank you again Jason for this information.

I live a half hour from Afton, Virginia where the Blue Ridge Parkway starts.

I was trying to get all my Passport stamps for the Blue Ridge Parkway last month. I missed two because they were temporarily closed. It looks like it is going to be a while until I get those last two...

As a Minnesotan “windchill” = bragging rights. It was -100° when I was in college for decades ago. Hello Duluth.

What a coincidence that everything was running smoothly with Escapees until HH bought them. Then we had the major issue with addresses, which was a big problem for those of us with businesses. Now, on top of that, the parks are up for sale—but of course, the HH purchase had nothing to do with any of this...

Can we get them to stop labeling every storm a “snowpocalypse” at 1” or less

So bc some ppl are confused by the old weather terms, now we're not going to be told if wind is a factor? Or is that a detail that we'll be advised of separately in weather reports? Bc it seems the old way of saying it said it more clearly, & said it all. I don't like when information is dumbed down instead of educating ppl. Maybe I'm missing something in the story??? Ty though for your reporting. 👍

I really like the concept of Palomino’s E V O. I went their website to find more info, I had no luck. Hopefully it will be a decent price point.
Bean Trailer released Bean Squared sleeps 4 it has A pop top as well. However cooking and dinning are out side like the square drops, But its priced and geared for rock crawling overlanders base price of 70k
