Playing the newly released Etherwave Theremin for the very first time.

When new theremin players come to me asking what model would be best to begin on, I've almost always suggested the Etherwave models.

Thanks for the Demo!. My understanding is that the old Etherwave Therimin required about 15 - 20 minutes of warmup before it stabilized and could be played consistently. Is this warmup requirement the same for the new Etherwave Therimin?

Congratulations with the new theremin! I got myself a new theremin just one month ago (a handbuilt to order Subscope Voicematic Anniversary model) and I'm exploring and enjoying how in many aspects it's quite different from the Etherwave Plus I've been playing. I'm curious to hear and see how you will be getting along with it and whether you will find it a significant upgrade from your earlier Etherwave model.

Gesundheit ^_^ I kinda wish the waveform changer would be accessible through a pedal input as well so you could gently change between the waveforms as you play simply by pressing the pedal with your foot. Hopefully Behringer is taking notes and adding it to their announced Behremin. Would you get the Behringer Theremin too once it'd be released?

Thanks for the introduction video on the new Theremin. I’ve been curious about the Claravox Centennial. Can you comment on if the new instrument is better? Does the Claravox also allow cv control? I’d be curious to see what you like or contrast between the two.

i wonder how the new etherwave compares against the old etherwave pluss? i have the modual installed in my etherwave pluss. i wonder if the sound is any different in the new ones?

Always wanted to play with one of these. However, when you're turning a knob ot "change the sound", I'm not hearing any difference. Am I missing something?
